MR MOTOPLAN · APP PRIVACY

Your plan.
Your choice to share.

This policy explains local draft storage, the information you choose to enter and the contact actions you control.

Updated 1 October 2026

SECTION 01

Policy overview

This policy describes MR MotoPlan, the motorcycle-service planning app for EL TALLER MR SAS, and the request builder on this website. It explains the information you choose to enter, where drafts are stored and what happens when you open an email composer, a phone app or copy a plan.

The app and website prepare local requests. Saving a draft does not send it to the workshop. A contact action does not establish that the workshop has received a request or confirmed a service, price or appointment.

SECTION 02

Business and privacy contact

The service contact shown in MR MotoPlan and on this website is EL TALLER MR SAS, CL 24 NO 5 - 25, BRR EL CARMEN, Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. Contact email: [email protected]. Phone: +57 320 343 9005.

Use that email for questions about this policy or information you have sent to the business. A draft stored only on your device or browser is not available to the business through a server dashboard; you manage that local copy yourself.

SECTION 03

Information you choose to provide

You may enter your name, email address and phone number so those details can be included in the request you choose to share. These customer details are separate from the workshop email and phone shown by the app.

Contact details are optional for local planning. The app and website do not read your address book or populate your request from device contacts. Include only information relevant to the service conversation, and avoid sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

SECTION 04

Motorcycle and request details

A plan can include the motorcycle type, make, model, year, engine displacement, mileage, drive type and fuel system. You can select services and variants, identify an affected area, describe symptoms and circumstances, add previous work, tire or oil preferences, a priority and a preferred visit date.

Your descriptions are customer observations and requests. They do not create a diagnosis, an accepted repair order or an appointment. A plan also stores its selected scope and service-price snapshot so an existing saved draft is not silently repriced when catalog content changes.

SECTION 05

Local draft storage

On Android, MR MotoPlan stores saved drafts in a Room database in the app’s private device storage. A saved draft can be reopened and edited using the same identifier; previewing it or opening a contact app does not create another saved request. An explicit duplicate action creates a separate local copy.

This website saves a draft in your browser’s localStorage only when you choose Save My Draft. It is associated with this website origin and browser profile. Other browsers and devices do not automatically share the draft. If storage is unavailable or a write fails, the builder reports the failure and keeps the inputs currently on the page.

SECTION 06

How the information is used

The information you enter is used to display your plan, keep your chosen scope together, apply service compatibility and overlap rules, calculate applicable starting service subtotals and build the email or call summary you review.

The app does not upload the local database to a business backend. The website request builder has no form submission endpoint. Saving, editing and deleting drafts act on the local copy rather than a workshop account or remote booking system.

SECTION 07

Device permissions

The Android app does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts or shared device files. Its catalog and images are bundled, and the app does not request Internet or network-state permissions.

Email and dialer handoffs use external Android apps. Copying a plan writes only the text you expressly choose to the clipboard. This website may ask for browser clipboard access when you choose Copy Plan; if copying is unavailable, it shows selectable text instead.

SECTION 08

Backup and restore

Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for MR MotoPlan’s private draft data. The app does not provide a cloud account or automatic synchronization. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the local app copy, so keep any plan you need through an explicit copy or email action before doing so.

Browser draft storage is managed by your browser. Browser profiles, device backups and restore tools may handle browser data according to their own settings; this website does not control those tools or guarantee that a browser draft will survive a reset, private browsing session or storage cleanup.

SECTION 09

Email contact

Preview Email shows the workshop recipient, subject and readable plan before a separate action opens your chosen email composer. The recipient is [email protected]; it is not replaced by a customer email entered in the plan.

Opening a composer does not send an email. If you decide to send, your email app and provider process the message under their own terms, and the business receives the content through its mailbox. Canceling the composer leaves the local draft in place. If no email app opens, you can copy the plan and use the shown address yourself.

SECTION 10

Calls and external links

The phone action opens the dialer for +573203439005. It does not automatically place a call or transmit the plan. The summary remains available for you to read or copy during a conversation.

Normal navigation on this website stays within its public pages. External contact apps and any browser or operating-system services you use have their own privacy practices. The app cannot verify a call outcome, message delivery or a workshop acknowledgment from opening one of those apps.

SECTION 11

Recipients and sharing

A locally saved request remains on your device or browser until you choose a sharing action. Copying puts the plan on the clipboard; you decide where to paste it. Sending an email shares the message with its recipients through your email provider.

The app does not sell local draft data or share it with an advertising service. The website does not send the request fields to a form backend. Once information is shared outside the app, recipient systems may retain their own copies; deleting the local draft does not recall those copies.

SECTION 12

Libraries and service providers

MR MotoPlan uses Android platform components, Jetpack Compose and Room for its interface and private local storage. It does not include analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not load remote catalog content.

The website bundles its styles, scripts, fonts and images. It uses no analytics scripts, embedded maps, advertising pixels or third-party form widgets. If the website is hosted publicly, the hosting service will necessarily handle normal page requests and may retain server access records under its own configuration; the local request fields are not included in a submission to that service by this builder.

SECTION 13

Retention

An Android draft remains in the app’s private local database until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall. A website draft remains in the browser’s localStorage until you delete it here or clear the relevant browser data. There is no remote draft retention period because these local requests are not synchronized to a server.

An email you send or information you discuss with the business can be retained separately by the email provider and recipient. This policy’s local deletion controls do not define or change those external copies. Contact the business if you have a question about information you sent to it.

SECTION 14

Deleting or copying a draft

Use the local delete control to remove a saved draft. Editing updates that draft; copying a summary or previewing a contact action does not add another local record. The website can reopen its saved draft and lets you start a new plan while keeping the saved draft until you save a replacement or delete it.

Copying or using email is an explicit text handoff, not a private cloud backup. Local deletion does not recall an email, erase a recipient’s records or cancel a requested or agreed service. Clear the clipboard or remove external copies through the respective apps if you no longer want them there.

SECTION 15

Security practices and limits

The Android operating system restricts normal access to the app’s private files, while the app keeps draft storage local and disables Android backup for that data. The website relies on your browser’s storage protections. These measures do not make a draft invulnerable to someone who can access your unlocked device, browser profile, backups or a compromised system.

The app does not promise encrypted user-data storage. Use device locking and review what you include in a plan before sharing it. Clipboard text, email and telephone conversations follow the protections and limits of the apps and services you choose.

SECTION 16

Age and children

MR MotoPlan and this website are designed for people organizing motorcycle maintenance and repair requests. They are not designed as children’s services and do not include child-oriented accounts, advertising or profiling.

Because drafts stay local until a user shares them, the app does not remotely examine who entered the information. If you believe information about a child was sent to the business, contact the business using the email shown in this policy.

SECTION 17

Privacy questions and requests

For a draft kept only on your device or browser, use the local view, edit, copy and delete controls. The business cannot access that draft through this app unless you share its contents.

For questions or a request concerning information you have sent to EL TALLER MR SAS, email [email protected] and describe the information and action you are asking about. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. The business may need enough context to locate the relevant correspondence and respond.

SECTION 18

Policy updates and further contact

This policy reflects the functions in MR MotoPlan and the delivered website request builder. It was updated on 1 October 2026. A change to storage, contact actions or providers requires an updated policy that describes the changed behavior.

Read the current policy when reviewing an app update. You can reach this page from every public website page. For further questions, contact [email protected] or +573203439005.
